1960 - 1969

• Founded on July 1, 1965, with 30m² floor space

1970 - 1979

• Establishing of strapping machines Made in Bindlach in the world's most important printing plants
• Inauguration of the first large hall with 4 ton crane

1980 - 1989

• Expansion of product lines steel construction, sheet metal processing, container, special machines, strapping machines
• Changes in ownership and new company name from 1 January 1988
• New product range dobby machines and accessories
• Relocation of the technical and administrative offices to new premises

1990 - 1999

• Expansion of the distribution network in the USA, the UK, Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Cooperation with all mail room equipment manufacturer
• Number of employees exceeds 100 for the first time
• Number of built strapping reaches 400 machines per year
• The production area exceeds 5500m²

2000 - 2009

• Restructuring of the product range strapping machines for the graphic industry to packaging solutions for all logistical tasks
• Beginning of direct marketing
• Participation of exhibitions under own name
• Number of employees in the development doubles
• Change the design of 2D to 3D system
• Enlarge the service department

2010 - 2014

• Expanding the product range to more than 30 different types of machines and nearly 1,000 special modules for packaging
• Additional partners in Australia, Spain, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, UK, Czech Republic

2015

• 50th anniversary of the company

2017

• Change of name to Schneider & Ozga GmbH & Co. KG.
